This luxury tenant improvement project consisted of a 5,900 SF renovation of a prominent New Orleans law firm’s office space. The firm’s location in a downtown high-rise office building increased the logistical challenges.  McDonnel’s careful execution of the work allowed the firm to remain fully operational with minimal disruption throughout the construction.
